  We've used their take away a handful of times and eaten in the restaurant once, and it was always top notch apart from one time we phoned in an order and then had to wait an age for it after arriving to pick it up (got the impression they hadn't started dealing with the order until we arrived). However, we like the food so much this hasn't put us off going again. Spend £10 on a takeaway and get a discount. They do a great tamarind!

  Compared to the Chandni on the high street this place was pretty much dead, as there was no chance of a table in the Chandni unless waiting for a long time we decided to go in and sample the special which is run three days of the week. The food was extremely dissapointing, we were told to 'take our time and relax', fine in itself but when you realise they'd cooked the food about half an hour earlier and it had been on a hot plate, not so good. The popadums did not taste fresh, were fairly thick and dry like the ones you would get in Tescos and the naan breads were also hard where they had been left to sit while we finished our starters. My main dish was a tasteless affair which appeared to have very little to flavour it other than copious amounts of onion (dupiaza usually really tasty!).
  
  All in all, not recommended.
